The Star Brisbane is seeking a Revenue Assurance Analyst!
Working as a trusted business partner to Gaming Operations, Finance, IT, Surveillance and Compliance teams, this role executes the Revenue Assurance plan across gaming and selected non‑gaming revenue streams. You will use data, analytics and professional judgement to identify revenue variances, control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement—helping ensure revenue integrity, regulatory compliance and sustainable performance.

Let’s Talk About You
You are a disciplined, analytical professional who combines strong technical capability with practical stakeholder engagement. You’ll also bring:
- Significant experience in Revenue Assurance, Gaming Audit or Operations within a casino, gaming operator or similarly regulated environment desirable
- Strong practical knowledge of gaming revenue flows, table games, EGMs/ETGs, F&B, Hotel and/or Loyalty Program revenues in NSW and/or QLD desirable
- Demonstrated experience operating across NSW and/or QLD gaming environments with an understanding of jurisdictional regulatory expectations and operating conditions
- Proven ability to interpret complex data, system outputs and operational processes to identify revenue risk and control weaknesses
- Tertiary qualifications with a recognised accounting body or relevant industry experience desirable
- Clear confident communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of management as needed
- Flexibility to support regulatory inspections, critical operational issues or major incidents, including travel across properties when needed.
