As our Team Leader Revenue Assurance, you will partner closely with senior leaders to identify, prevent and remediate revenue leakage, strengthen controls and processes, and help shape the future of revenue assurance through automation, innovation and continuous improvement. You will safeguard and optimise revenue integrity across gaming and non‑gaming streams, leveraging data‑driven insights, regulatory rigour and strong operational engagement to deliver commercially sound, sustainable outcomes.

 A few of your responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end Revenue Assurance activities across gaming and non‑gaming revenue streams, including EGMs/ETGs, table games, loyalty programs, Hotel and F&B
  • Identify, quantify and prevent revenue leakage using advanced data analytics, reconciliations and exception‑based testing
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights and reporting for senior management and regulators
  • Influence senior operational stakeholders to implement effective, timely and sustainable control improvements
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Revenue Assurance team across multiple locations, building capability and engagement

What are we looking for

  • Extensive experience within Revenue Assurance, Gaming Audit or a similar role within a highly regulated environment
  • Strong working knowledge of gaming revenue flows, gaming systems, and non‑gaming revenues (Hotel, F&B and/or Loyalty) within NSW and/or QLD
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams across multiple sites
  • Advanced analytical capability, including BI tools, system extracts, Excel, SQL and emerging technologies such as AI‑enabled automation
  • High integrity, commercial acumen and the ability to balance strong controls with excellent patron and operational outcomes
  • Currently hold or ability to obtain a KE (Key Employee) & SE (Special Employee) license
