What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive senior‑level experience, including 10+ years in marketing, advertising or brand development, with at least 3–5 years leading managers in brand/creative environments.
• Industry exposure, with a minimum of 2 years in gaming and/or hospitality.
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, finance or a related discipline, desirable
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments with competing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and working knowledge of relevant privacy, marketing and regulatory legislation.
