As a Revenue Audit Team Leader reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the Revenue Audit function at The Star Sydney, with oversight of both gaming and nongaming audit and compliance activities.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Conduct revenue audits in line with the Revenue Audit Plan, accounting systems, and internal controls
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused Revenue Audit services, meeting deadlines and Group policy requirements
- Supervise property revenue audit activities in accordance with regulatory, legal, and organisational requirements
- Lead departmental operations to meet customer service standards, budgets, and operational objectives
- Design and implement forensic analysis to identify and reduce risk exposure
- Assist the Revenue Audit Analyst by collating information and completing audit and compliance tasks to support Revenue Accounting
What we are looking for:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting or relevant industry experience
- Sound understanding of applicable organisational laws and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in revenue audit processes
- Casino or highly regulated industry experience highly regarded

As a collaborative leader, you provide clear direction, support team development, and take ownership of delivering high‑quality outcomes within deadlines.
