As a Revenue Audit Analyst reporting to the Revenue Audit Team Leader, you will deliver high‑quality, risk‑based revenue compliance while meeting deadlines and adhering to The Star Sydney’s policies. The role includes conducting both gaming and nongaming compliance checks across multiple departments.

A few of your responsibilities:
- Perform audit and compliance activities across Casino Gaming, Hotel, and Food & Beverage operations
- Provide revenue information and reconciliations to support Financial Accounting activities
- Conduct compliance audits in line with the Revenue Audit Plan, accounting systems, ICMS, and accounting policies
- Generate and publish daily revenue reports as required
- Assist in designing and implementing forensic analysis to mitigate risk exposure
- Prepare and deliver reports to regulators (ILGA, OLGR) and Finance stakeholders in a timely manner
- Report non‑conformance outcomes internally and to regulators in accordance with the ICM
What we are looking for:
- Audit experience highly desirable
- Casino or other highly regulated industry experience advantageous
- Strong computer proficiency
- Solid understanding of Systems of Accounting, Internal Controls, the Casino Control Act
- Undergraduate degree in accounting (or equivalent) or extensive experience in a similar risk and compliance audit role
- Experience in risk, controls, and compliance
