This role reports directly to the Assistant Venue Manager and offers an extraordinary opportunity to lead and inspire the Cucina Regina team, providing a positive and memorable guest experience. In this role, you will be responsible for providing engaging, efficient and high-quality guest service that exceeds the guests’ requirements. A few of your responsibilities:

• Lead and support the venue in achieving financial and operational targets through effective organisational development, policy and procedural development, and team member training activities.
• Ensure the venue is prepared to host events, delivering high-quality service and seamless operations.
• Supervise team members and assist the Management Team to complete all people planning requirements.
• Clearly demonstrate to customers and team members a commitment to service excellence.
• Drive innovative promotions, menus, and concepts, creating a destination of choice.
