The Marketing Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager Marketing, plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and activation programs across The Star Sydney. This role ensures the seamless execution of on-property theming, guest activations, marketing installations, and digital signage, working closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and operations teams to bring campaigns and experiences to life - safely, efficiently, and on-brand.

A few of your responsibilities  

  • Manage installation, maintenance, and removal of on-property theming and activations
  • Oversee storage, inventory, and condition of activation assets
  • Support L&E Marketing with customer activations and experiences
  • Assist Gaming Marketing with Prestige activations, collateral sourcing, and quarterly plans
  • Implement venue branding across physical and digital assets
  • Brief and supervise third-party suppliers (installers, decorators, vendors)

What we are looking for 

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, activations, or event/project management
  • Background in hospitality, retail, entertainment, or events (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of WHS requirements for installations and public activations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on, solution-focused approach with excellent logistical and planning skills

About You

You are an experienced marketing operations professional with a proven track record of delivering seamless activations and events in dynamic, high-volume environments.

Your logistical and planning skills are second to none, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where adaptability and clear communication are key.
