The Surveillance Governance Advisor position reports directly to the Surveillance Governance Manager and is responsible for assisting in servicing, collating, and providing all relevant materials such as reports, logs, video footage, documents and processes regarding internal information requests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will assist in guiding the team toward achieving all departmental and company goals.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Coordinate the timely collection and delivery of surveillance data, including videos, reports, logs, and documents, for internal requests.
• Assist in developing and implementing a framework to efficiently respond to compliance, regulatory, legal, and other critical requests for information.
• Continuously monitor and provide guidance on incident reporting quality, ensuring accurate data collection, evidence gathering, and record-keeping.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify performance gaps and inefficiencies in surveillance management and reporting systems, recommending improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.

What we will be looking for:

• Previous experience within The Star Entertainment Groups Surveillance Team
• Comprehensive understanding of the surveillance operation and requirements
• Competent in the functional usage of the Star CCTV System
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Effective communication and influencing strategies across multiple stakeholder streams will also be ideal.
