As a Premium Services Supervisor, you will be support with the engagement, development, mentoring and performance management of our Premium Services team members. Your in-depth experience and knowledge of gaming, promotions and our rewards program will see you proactively exceeding the needs of our guests. 

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of both our Gaming team as well as our guests. 

Please note that this is a 6-month secondment opportunity.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Provide supervision, mentoring and development for the team 
  • Foster a positive environment and drive team collaboration 
  • Support career development and ongoing training & development 
  • Remain up to date with all communications, updates, and ICM changes
  • Respond to any escalated matters to achieve a positive outcome 

What we will be looking for: 

  • Proven experience in a gaming services role with the ability to inspire, influence and lead to deliver outstanding guest service 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Currently hold or be able to acquire a Queensland Key Employee Casino Licence (KE) 
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
