The Group Reservations Agent role reports directly to the Group Sales Manager and is responsible for managing all Group Reservations needs for all Star properties. This role plays a vital part in ensuring outstanding customer service through a seamless accommodation booking experience for clients and delegates, directly supporting our mission to create fun at trusted destinations.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to service excellence to clients, guests, and employees.
  • Focus on client management and revenue conversion.
  • Manage Group Reservations Inbox in a timely manner and follow up on missed calls/voicemails.
  • Ensure consistent client experience following handover from Sales.
  • Build rapport with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate and complete Group Reservations-related requirements, including hotel rooms, dining, spa, and internal events.

What we will be looking for:

  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in hotel or centralized reservations environments.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of property management/reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Respak) is highly regarded.
