Our breathtaking resort, positioned at the heart of the new Queen’s Wharf Brisbane precinct, will commence a staged opening in 2024, bringing a range of unique entertainment options, world class hotels, dining, bars, luxury retail, gaming and a state-of-the-art Event Centre to the river city. 

The Cellarperson reports directly to the Cellar Team Leader and offers an excellent opportunity to further your career as a valued member of the Warehouse team.  This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for Warehouse and Logistics.  

A few of your responsibilities:    

• Complete daily routine checks of bars to ensure relevant cellar and postmix equipment is fully functional.   

• Liaise with external contractors to ensure effective maintenance of all cellar and postmix equipment.  

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communication by ensuring that all team members maintain the same level of knowledge.  

• Monitor any operational and technical problems, rectify where possible or call for technical assistance if necessary.    

• Maintain suitable stock levels and re-order all equipment and cellar supplies.    

What we will be looking for:     

• Previous exposure to a cellar environment. 

• A reasonable level of fitness due to the manual handling nature of the role requiring regular lifting/moving weight 

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate. 

• Prior experience with Inventory Control.
