The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is a hands-on, leadership role which will assist in the effective running of Cucina Regina. In this role you will oversee and lead F&B Attendants within Cucina Regina to deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Venue Manager & Assistant Venue Manager in the development and training of team members. The role will enable you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
• Assist in the preparation of outlet rosters in accordance to business requirements and budget 
• Performing stocktakes and ensuring stock levels are adequate and according to business needs 
• Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgets
• Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
• Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained

What we are looking for:

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a restaurant, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to develop productive workplace relationships
• Expertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyone
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
