As the Venue Manager for our In Room Dining team, you will be a pro-active and enthusiastic individual who is an expert within their field. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented, commercially savvy and pro-active to the needs of our guests and a real people person. In this role you will be responsible for the day–to-day operation of our iconic bars offering a unique experience, including effective management of a dynamic team.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Work with the support of the Director Food & Beverage Operations to drive venue profitability and efficiencies
• Recommend strategies to the General Manager Food & Beverage regarding in room dining options to drive revenue
• Analysis and management of labour and cost of goods to maximise venue revenue
• Mentoring and developing your team to maximise engagement and retention
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders 

What are we looking for:

• Extensive venue management experience in bars, bistros executive lounges or restaurants
• A hands-on operational approach and be passionate about developing your career within hospitality
• Outstanding standards, professionalism, and a commitment to guest service
• Confidence to lead a large and diverse team while providing individual coaching to get the best out of the team members
• Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
