As a Bell Captain, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our guests first and last interaction at The Star is a positive and memorable experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere
  • Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests
  • Supervising a team of Hotel Porters and managing their performance
  • Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence
  • Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories

What are we looking for:

  • Passionate to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Extensive guest service experience in Hotel or Guest Services environment
  • Knowledge of hotel check-in systems (Opera highly regarded)
  • Sound knowledge of the local area and surrounds
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
